Osteoblasts are cells that are found in bone tissue. In simple terms, their job is to help build and remold bones.
So bone remolding in adults(if they are heavy long term drinkers) does not occur as it should. Leaving them with brittle bones,greater risk of fractures and inadequate bone repair.
